This bike ride is (apart from a holiday for me!) to raise money for Re-cycle, a charity that does up old bikes and sends them to Africa where they are distributed to those that need them the most. All money donated will go to Re-cycle and will be mostly used to go towards the shipping costs of the bikes. I will be leaving Bluff on (hopefully) the 3rd December after a 10 day walk around north Stuart Island and plan to arrive at Cape Reinga early February.

We met at the Campground nearby Cape Reinga. I was the guy with the small white van. (I think you will remember)
Now that I figured out looking on a map of NZ, where Bluff is, the only thing I can say is: Wow!!!
Thats realy awesome, congratulations.
So far from me. Perhaps I will write you some more stuff later. I'm thinking about, making a blog of my journey, too.
